We would like to inform you that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), intends to guarantee the privacy and security of the personal data of each visitor in line with what is prescribed in this Notice This information is to be understood as information pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code and art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR

According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

With regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we provide the following information:

d) of the identifying details of the holder, of the managers and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

  1. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to ask Partena S.p.A.:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently treated;
c) attestation that the operations referred to in subparagraphs a) and b) have been made known, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, with the exception of where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
d) access, or may request confirmation of whether or not data is processed in relation to it, as well as further clarification of the information referred to in this Notice, and to receive the same data, within the limits of reasonableness;
e) the limitation: may request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, when one of the conditions referred to in art. 18 of the GDPR; in this case, your data will not be processed, except for storage, without your consent except for what is stated in the same article in paragraph 2.
f) the opposition: may oppose at any time the processing of your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, unless there are legitimate reasons for proceeding to the processing that prevail over his, for example ‘exercise or our defense in court; your opposition will always and always prevail over our legitimate interest in processing your data for marketing purposes;
g) portability: may request to receive your data, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device.
Moreover, pursuant to art. 7, par. 3, GDPR, we inform you that you can exercise your right to revoke your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given previously. Finally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.

  1. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Provide the good and / or service requested by the user, manage the contracts perfected by the user, complete the related administrative, accounting, tax and legal requirements, as well as fulfill the requests submitted by the user.

For administrative purposes, we inform you that your data may be communicated by the Data Controller to other CAM Group companies.

From this website it is possible to connect, through appropriate links, to other websites of companies of the CAM Group, or it is possible to connect to our website from third-party websites. The Data Controller declines any responsibility regarding any request and / or release of personal data to third party sites and regarding the management of authentication credentials provided by third parties.
